Once you are happy with our proposed itinerary and quotation we will send (email or post) you our booking form including a letter confirming your provisional booking.

To confirm a booking and to secure a certain date please forward the completed booking form including the appropriate booking deposit to our office.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Euro Cheque or Euro Bank Draft.
• Payment by MasterCard or Visa (surcharge applies).
• Transfer to our bank account (details on request).

On receipt of your booking form including the appropriate deposit you will be sent confirmation by either letter or e-mail.

Provisional bookings can only be held for a maximum of 10 days. Please note that until we have acknowledged your booking and deposit in writing we cannot be held liable for any reservations made.

After your booking is taken and the deposit has been received we will issue a detailed balance invoice outlining the deposit paid and the balance due.

The balance is due for payment prior to your arrival or on the day of your arrival.

It is strongly advised that you read the terms and conditions before signing and returning the completed booking form to the Kippure office.
